The Kalamon Olives, better known as Kalamata Olives, are cultivated in the Western part of Greece, mainly in Kalamata region.
This olive is called the Queen under the Greek Olives.
With it's almond shape, it's dark aubergine color and fleshy tructure around the pit, this olive is typical in taste and a delicatesse for Olive lovers.
